As Chief Executive Officer, SecTec’s CEO drives the company’s vision of making enterprise-grade cybersecurity and managed IT accessible to the organisations that need it most, healthcare providers, nonprofits, and growing businesses operating in regulated environments. With decades of experience building and scaling technology-intensive service organisations, the CEO leads SecTec’s strategic partnerships, client relationships, and long-term growth across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC. SecTec’s Director of Client Success leads the firm’s client engagement programme, ensuring every managed IT and cybersecurity client receives proactive communication, documented outcomes, and the ongoing strategic guidance that turns a vendor relationship into a genuine technology partnership. With a background spanning account management, compliance advisory, and IT service delivery across healthcare and nonprofit sectors, the Director of Client Success is the primary escalation point for client leadership teams and the driving force behind SecTec’s 99% client retention rate nationwide.
SecTec’s Head of Security Operations leads the firm’s 24/7 monitoring, incident response, and penetration testing practices, overseeing the certified security engineers who protect Virginia medical clinics, nonprofits, and businesses from ransomware, phishing, and advanced persistent threats. A CISSP-certified practitioner with deep experience in healthcare cybersecurity and HIPAA compliance management, the Head of Security Operations is responsible for the technical quality of every security programme SecTec delivers and the speed and precision of every incident response engagement.
