Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the SecTec website at sectec.io, or by engaging SecTec Technology Solutions LLC for managed IT or cybersecurity services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use SecTec’s website and services.
Services
SecTec Technology Solutions LLC provides managed IT services, cybersecurity consulting, HIPAA compliance management, cloud services, penetration testing, incident response, and security awareness training to businesses across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC. The specific services provided to each client are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and any applicable Statement of Work, Business Associate Agreement, or Data Processing Agreement entered into between SecTec and the client.
Intellectual Property
The SecTec website, including all content, design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SecTec Technology Solutions LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the SecTec website without prior written permission from SecTec. The SecTec name and logo are trademarks of SecTec Technology Solutions LLC.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SecTec Technology Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. SecTec’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to the use of our website shall not exceed the amount paid by you to SecTec in the twelve months preceding the claim.
